Who is Lois?

In Oakland, California stands a small diner called "Lois the Pie Queen." Inside this diner Lois serves up delicious eats with generous portions and, of course, scrumptious pies. Since the first frisbees were pie plates and all the members of our team are truly Queens, adopting the name "Pie Queens," especially with its local connection, seemed fitting. Therefore, for the past seven years, the UC Berkeley women's ultimate team has been known as the Pie Queens and Lois is our hero. Any time one of us makes an amazing play - lays it out or makes a nice snatch - she is Lois.
