  I would like to thank all the teams that came to the UNC Invitational. 
This tournament has been resurrected after 7 years of dormancy.  I was
delighted with how smoothly it ran, and I hope everyone else was equally
pleased. 
  I would especially like to give thanks to Jim Dendy for the invaluable
advice he has given us prior to Saturday and to Vishnu Jejjala for helping
me post things on the newsgroup when UNC's computers decided to be
uncooperative.

Congratulations to Georgia Tech for winning.  They were the undisputed
dominant team of the tournament and they clearly deserved to win. 
Congratulations to Maryland as well...they were on Tech's heels and
closing.  Their B team was also impressive.  Our team showed well, and I was 
especially glad we placed so high.
