Recycling Week is a growing tradition at Cal. It is held once every semester. Previous Recycling Weeks were held from September 10th to the 14th of 2001, March 4th to the 9th of 2002, September 16th to 20th of 2002, April 21st to 25th of 2003, and again September 8th to 12th of 2003. Although the tragic events of September 11th, 2001 dampened spirits for much of the week, we decided to press on and make the best we could of the unfortunate circumstances.
This semester, Recycling Week will be held from the 19th to the 22nd of April, and there will be events from several campus groups, including the RRECs and ECO. Here's a run-down of events that week.
