E-mail list

Sign up for the ARC @ Cal mailing list! To subscribe, simply send an e-mail to majordomo@listlink.berkeley.edu with the line "subscribe arc-at-cal" in the body of the message. Yes, it has to be from the e-mail you want the e-mails sent to. [If you ever want to get out of the mailing list for some unthinkable reason, send a message to majordomo@listlink.berkeley.edu with the line "unsubscribe arc-at-cal" in the body of the message.]


Volunteer Requirements

To be considered an active member, you must do the following:.

1) Volunteer 10 hours minimum per semester. Please attend committee meetings for at least 2 hours so that you can contribute to our mission by planning events, giving us your ideas, etc.
2) Keep track of your hours with this log sheet.
3) Pay a membership fee of $10.00 this semester, including free T-shirt.


Volunteer Benefits

Here's what you will get for being a member:

1) Ability to participate in any of our wonderful Lines of Service committees.
2) Letter of recommendation co-signed by our club sponsors..
3) CPR/First Aid discount. Ask for more info :)
4) Meet wonderful people while supporting the mission of the Red Cross.
5) A warm, fuzzy feeling in your heart.

Volunteer Incentives

If that wasn't enough, we are planning rewards for members who go above and beyond the call of duty during this semester. Make sure you volunteer and fill out your hours sheet!

- 10 hours = minimum requirement
- 15 hours = Red Cross souvenir (it will be good, trust us)
- 20 hours = gift card
- Top three volunteers = vintage Red Cross t-shirt
