Yep that's right. In the entire city of San Francisco there are zero pet owners. 750,000 people and not a single pet owner.

How could this have happened?!? In 2002, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors declared that there will be no more "pet owners". Instead they will be called "guardians".

On a side note, doesn't the SF Board of Supervisors have something...anything...more important to do?
