1. I missed the orientation. What do I do?

2. How can I get the Course Control Number and Course Entry Code?
   
   Please refer to the Enrollment section. Please do not ask for CCNs or CECs by e-mail, as we will not be able to provide them.
   
   
3. How can I plan for my schedule if I don't know the times of the classes?
   
   If times and locations are not listed on the individual class pages (listed by level) on this site, it means that the times and locations have not yet been finalized. We apologize, but we are not able to tell you the times and locations prior to when they are posted on the site. If possible, please attend the orientation (see Announcements) for more information.
   
   
4. It's already the fourth week of school. Can I still add this class?
   
   Try e-mailing one of the coordinators. You may or may not be admitted to the class, depending on the capacity at time of request.
   
   
5. I'm confused. Do you teach Mandarin or actual Taiwanese?
   
   We teach Taiwanese, a completely different language from Mandarin. If you want to learn more about Taiwanese before deciding to take the class, please visit our Taiwanese Language & Culture page for sound samples and language history.
   
   
6. Where can I find the phonetics audio lessons that go with my phonetics package?
