Orientation for Fall 2008: 5pm, Wednesday 9/3 and Thursday 9/4 in 187 Dwinelle.
We will introduce the class and you will be able to ask questions. Your level will also be determined at the orientation.
First day of class is Monday 9/8 or Tuesday 9/9.
This semester, we are offering two levels of classes: Beginner & Intermediate. Class times and locations are as follows:

Beginner

First day of class is Monday, 1/29!
Please report to your class on Monday (for MW classes) and Tuesday (for TuTH classes). CCN and CECs will be given out on the second day of class, so be sure to attend the first dayof class!
The last day to add the class without fees is February 2!

The course is divided into three levels—beginning, intermediate, and advanced.

Beginning is for students with no background in Taiwanese, and the class will be conducted in English.

Intermediate is for students with some exposure to Taiwanese or have taken beginner Taiwanese before, but are not fluent in speaking. This course will be conducted in half Taiwanese and half English and is designed to improve fluency.

Advanced is for students who are fluent in Taiwanese conversation. The class is conducted entirely in Taiwanese.
