Translator's Notes :
[1] The first 'aa' (a phrase of exclamation) is written in hiragana; the second is written in kanji. I'm not sure if atsuko meant to imply any difference in meaning by switching between the hiragana and kanji forms.
[2] Literally, 'yume no genjitsu' can be translated, 'the realization of one's dreams'. 'Nozomu beki', which refers to the 'yume no genjitsu', literally means 'should be wished/hoped for', and so I translated it somewhat loosely as 'great'.
