CALTURK, the Turkish Student Association at the University of California Berkeley, is founded in 1997. Its primary goals are to provide the Turkish society with a common ground and promote the Turkish culture in and around the
Berkeley
campus. Although founded by U.C Berkeley students mostly, there are members among young professionals working in the
San Francisco
Bay Area as well.
