UREC is the first and only undergraduate student club focusing on residential and commercial real estate at the University of California, Berkeley. Although the Haas School of Business houses one of the finest real estate programs (the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics), the campus has lacked a real estate club at the undergraduate level. UREC fills that void by increasing awareness of career/investment/development opportunities in the real estate industry through workshops, panelist events, property tours, firm informational nights, and speaker series events. We function as a representative organization for undergraduate students interested in real estate.
UREC focuses on employment, career development, networking, technical workshops and continuous learning of the opportunities in Real Estate. We welcome and encourage you to join us in our pursuit to learn, network, and interact with the real estate community. If you plan on pursuing real estate as a career or want to learn more about this multi-faceted industry, UREC is a great place to start. We hope to see you at our next event. On behalf of all the officers, I would like to invite you to look around our website and see all that UREC has to offer. If you have any questions about UREC please contact us.
All the best,
