I am made and used by human beings and have been made for more than 100 years. At least 9 million of me are made every year with over 300 different models. My name includes a nationality. What am I?

At least 9 million. Could happily be a cAr (for argentina)

That'd be only ~7 million a year, apparently.
Unless you took into account all the other knives and things they make, then more like 25million. They've even got one with a USB memory stick. Cutting edge technology, no doubt. 
Bottles of Irish whiskey
Bottles of Scotch whisky. (note people may be Scots or Scottish, not Scotch)
Bottles of Dutch gin.
Cognac etc... many alcohols fit.
There's plenty of boot Polish
Too too toooo many of these things.
Consequently, I reckon the nationality is lurking in the name.
EG: a Swedish friend used to proclaim he was a Hung Arian.

According to the Victorinox, they only make 7 million a year. And only 100 models. They make 9 million other "multitools" of which they have 300. But hey aren't SAK's.
