I am afraid we don't know more on that riddle than the rest of the Internet.  We have pondered over it here.

It is supposed to be an online riddle.  Do you know where, in what game?

Maybe the first line is the syllables. So 'wa' but reversed is 'aw/or'?

Who ever meade up this riddle has the answer, but has it been solved ever?
Also does the quote above refer to the code or is one used to solve the other?
I'm lost for solving it without a little more help.

second in Aqua - could b the q and it says reverse it so could be a "d" or "p" depending on how u flip it

or it could be Aqua reversed then the second letter
a"U"qa

the second line i have no idea

Just like end with out the 5th

5th could b meaning the 5th letter of the alphabit which happens to be "e" so it could be end with out the "e" so "nd" and i have a feeling that once you figure all the letters you possibly find the answer

Could "Aqua" be a place in UO?

since there are infinite answers, we need infinite people at infinite computers working at it for infinite hours to solve it.

Since there are only 100 or so of us, and no known answer, and no clue if there is even an answer, there is no possibility to solve it.

If some ome were to find the creator, this would be alot beter to know how he/she based it on.

if we were to know what the background was from, or if it is a code in the question, or is it hidden in the picture, or if blah blah blah

We need to narrow it down a couple thousand times, and get one who can verify the answer, but since we dont have one, we need to alert an amber alert for the guy who found it.

other wise it is impossible.

I don't have time to even start working on the UO riddle.  I'm still busy trying to solve this one:

All your base are belong to us.  You are on the way to destruction.  What you say!!  You have no chance to survive make your time.  Ha Ha Ha Ha ....
Captain!!  Take off every 'ZIG'!!  You know what you doing.  Move 'ZIG'.  For great justice.

But you missed the first part (and thereby left out one of the great lines):

What happen?  Somebody set up us the bomb.  We get signal.  What!  Main screen turn on.  It's you!!  How are you gentlemen!!  [All your base, etc.]

check out "THe Will 4", or mabye it was 5,
But 42 was the answer!

BTW

That thing was totally evil, as no-one would figure that out, unless the had 1,000,000,000,000 monkeys working at 1,000,000,000,000 computers to figure out the most random puzzle that has confused us all.

( I should of said 42 here, insted of there.......)

That made absolutely no sense. What a godawful excuse for a "puzzle".

From another site, it seems the answer (what you need to type in) is:
    4²
the 2 is the special character representing a superscript 2.
So it is not one sophisticated answer, just multiple small solutions pointing at the same answer.
But I am also not convinced by his reversing and re-reversing business.  And I am sure there is meaning in the spaces and underscores, maybe another solution.

The pdf is by the original author of the "puzzle," so I wouldn't count on it...

I have to say I agree with you SMQ, this is more like a guess-what-my-chain-of-thought-for-this-ridiculous-set-of-clues than a puzzle.

Having seen the "solution", towr was right on with his comment he added to the first post to explain why he moved it.

What a ludicrous pile of nonsense.
