I'm not sure what level would be classed as

you have 100 chains

1 has 1 link (which is not really a chain just a lone link)

1 has 2 links

1 has 3 links

etc

all the way to a 100 links

you want to link them all to make one giant loop, by breaking and rejoining the fewest number of link

how is this done?
