I guess most of us have this fear.
How do you handle it?

Fortunately I haven't had to for quite a while.
The few times I've had to in the past, I usually got over it after the first 5 minutes. So it was just a matter of biting the bullet.

I don't have any advice for handling higher levels of anxiety, though.

I think that the best thing is experience and practice. The second time the fear will be smaller than the first, the third time smaller than the second and so on

I just count from 5 to 1 then face them.

My friend suggest me to imagine that the people in front of you are animals. For example a rabbit, horse and etc. Sounds funny but  I don't know if it really works

Try to do meditation and breathing techniques.
It will take some time to get results but it works
