Look at the two condoms as having a total of four exposure-sides. One of the sides of condom A is exposed to the man's fluids all the time, leaving three exposure-sides for the women. Wear condom B over condom A for the first woman, then remove condom B for the second woman. Turn condom B inside out and put it back on condom A for woman three. The reason is simple - you put n condoms. each time you are done you remove one ,and keep it aside until you are left with only one which you don't remove , hence  n  girls. Then you put each one of the used condoms reversed , do your thing , and throw it away - n-1. This way we proved = n+n-1 = 2n - 1 girls.   P.s - Yes I know , we should have something better to do with our time.. I have discussed the details of this solution with my doctor. See, all you really need is one condom for any amount of women.  You simply must achieve vaginal necrosis for each woman.  Dead cells cannot be infected.  It is, however, possible for the dead cells to still be carrying disease, therefor it is of UTMOST IMPORTANCE to keep the condom on, and pray like h*ll that it doesnt break.  So assuming you have one condom, you could "do" even 1000 post mortem women, therefor disproving Mallinger's equation.
