...and there I was hoping towr would at least offer '5'.

It's not that it's too easy, it just wasn't dressed up enough. A bit more narrative, and it woudl have been a bit harder. What do I mean?
You may have heard hte kid's joke/riddle that is goes along the line of "Fallaciousness" is a great word thaat's really hard to spell. Can you spell it?

To which the answer is I , T.

So similarly... 350 years ago English, Arabic and Chinese scholars were debating the orbits of  planets. The Arabs considered Ptolyemy's epicycles cute, but wrong. The Chinese were talking about the focii in eliptical orbits, and how the great mass of the Sun had to be one of them. The English were debating whether the other was the centre of the celestial body, or some other centre of gravity. One brash Brit offered his opinion loudly, and was propmptly defenestrated.

Which centre of  gravity did he propose?

Ummm, I'd hope the correct answer to the question asked is "yes".

@ Noke Lieu: Thanks for your advices, next time I'll try to make a more narrative riddle, to make it more difficult.
