A hobo picks up cigarette butts from the ground and can make a cigarette with 4 butts. If he finds 16 cigarette butts, how many cigarettes can he make?

Assuming butts are fungible: [hide]5 - 4 from the 16 butts, and then another using the butts of the 4 he made[/hide]

Actually, it kinda depends what he does with the cigarettes he makes...
