I'm looking for a riddle I read a while ago. All I remember is it's about chemical reactions. That's all I can tell you, but I'm sure I'll remember if it's the one I'm looking for when I see it... Thanks in advance.

Why is heterozygously expressed bovine carnitine octanoyl transferase so difficult to keep active?


It's not a joke- it's an enzyme I used to study. Possibly more puzzle than riddle, though.
