It's obvious, isn't it? WILLIAM WU = 6594624 This assumes that each letter is a variable, and the values are the products. Letting C = 40 O = 10 J = 954 L = 2568 and everything else = 1 gives you all four values. Now - any hints as to what is really intended here?

Back from a long hiatus: I guess I agree with Jamie, and not TenaliRaman. However, there is nothing wrong with the value for JAMES FINGAS, as J is neither "here nor there", but is a mix of both, and has no value assigned to it, so is ignored. A variation: perhaps "2" should be assigned to characters like J for base 3, which would fit quite well: 0 for letters without straight lines, and 1 for those consisting totally of straight lines, and 2 for the mixed ones. It might be a little easy to guess at after this riddle, though.
