This looks very wierd to me because it is not some kind of a crypto i know about, anyone care to try break it? 
The name of it is: "hm... last ****"

It's not different than the other "base" questions. And I don't think it belongs in "hard".
Oh, and the hidden word is legolas.
No one had yet bothered with my code in here, which I think is slighly more challanging.
