1) r1, the radius of the small circle is the same as it is in problem 1

r1 = a/16

2) r2, the radius of the large circle:
drop a line segment from c2

(a-r2)^2 = (a/2)^2 + (a/2 + r2)^2
which reduces to

r2 = a/6
