Title: WRITE GOOD THREAD TITLES
Post by william wu on Nov 22nd, 2002, 5:39pm
This is less of a problem in this section of the forum than it is in the easy section, but please write meaningful titles when starting a new thread. By "meaningful", I mean a few words that describe the riddle you would like to discuss.

Example Bad Titles:
"help me"
"does anyone know this?"
"LOSING SLEEP OVER THIS PLEASE HELP"

Example Good Titles:
(for a what am i kind of riddle): "Who Am I: Wetter the More It Dries"
"Random Incidence Paradox"
"Loaded Craps Dice"

Also, please refrain from prefixing your titles by such words as "NEW PUZZLE", because eventually the riddle is no longer new, and such prefixes will have to removed manually, which is more work for me. YaBB already puts a "new" symbol next to new posts, so don't worry about visitors not being alerted to your newly posted riddle.

By adhering to these policies, we can make the thread browsing process easier for ourselves. Thanks!
