"What is this?"

It is sposed to be a word or a string or something..

Crypto 2:

"Still the base..."
23 W 2Y 1U 3D 2V W 28 36 W 30 1X 2V 1U W 2Y 29 2H W 3B 36 W 27 2R 32 1Y W 34 29 39 1Y W 2T 29 34 2A 33 30 2T 2R 2E 1Y 2U W 2S 1U 2D 1Y W 2T 2Y 2R 35 21 2V 2D X W 2D 29 33 2F 2E 30 29 35 W 30 3A W 3B 2R 3A 32 2S 2R 39 1B

I find the first crypto rather cloudy.
Although 96 2A 91 96 91 2A A5 A1 99 A8 92 2A 96 A6. :)

It's always a good idea in such cases to try and find the right base. ;)
So look at [hide]what digits/letters appear, especially the largest one[/hide].

Next, try to interpret the number you arrive at (using your guessed base) using a widespread or standard code. [hide]I wonder what code one could use on a computer...[/hide]
If you don't arrive at a meaningful text, it's either because you used the wrong number-to-letter conversion or because of the wrong base: Try again.
If you do arrive at a meaningful text you should be able to read my previous post, too.

The second one reads:
