New posts in one click?

I finally gathered the nerves to ask for yet another addition to this (increasingly user-friendly) forum. I know it all takes a lot of work  Embarassed .

What I'm missing is a way to look at all the new posts since my last visit without looking through each of the sections. If more than 10 posts where added lately (and it happends a lot these days), then the "last ten posts" feature is not very helpful.

In other forums I visit, there's a feature "new posts" that will search the sections, and display a "search result screen" with all the new posts for the (registered) user. The information is there -- it's a matter of collecting. The result can range from "none" to multiple screens.

Now, I have no idea how difficult this is, but I, for one, will use such a feature all the time.

That would really be a convenient feature! Smiley
I often encounter the same problem as BNC, checking all sections one by one is bothersome. I don't do this daily, so sometimes interesting threads escape my attention until it's too late to make any significant contribution. Undecided
