the problem should be fixed for now. the culprit was quota excession.

I think some threads may need a bit of fixing, like
http://www.ocf.berkeley.edu/~wwu/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=riddles_easy;action=display;num=1155924797;start=250. The twelth page is (still) empty. Possibly the count of posts the forum thinks are in the thread, and the number of posts that are there don't correspond.

The corrupted threads are probably the ones that people tried to write to when my account exceeded its quota. I'll try to ask the server admins for the most recently saved version of the corrupted files.

The most recent post in easy is apparently by sitai from July. This doesn't look kosher, something's up. Mods' please fix this.

When somebody posts something and then deletes it, the thread remains at the head of the list.
