3. Dan father's feeling toward Dan. In fact, while you're at it, ask everyone if they know of the relations beteen Dan and his old man. Were they fighting a lot? Were they on good terms? Caz may help there too. What I'm trying to find is weither Dan's father killed him, and is trying to frame MDL.

3. Dan was spoilt. He was an only-child and he father loved him. Caz even says Dan's parents were over-protecting him. None of then can believe he would kill his son (except MLD of course )

1. Check everyones hands for 'burn marks' made by rope. 2. Just curious -- did the life-guard sleep because he was drugged too? (check blood)

So i guess the life guard is in the clear, unless he drugged himself to give him a good alibi.

Closing in on the kill, now don't we? Ask father why is MDL angry at HIM. Insist on a reason. What are the 'presonal' reasons?

Ask the MDL who started the fire at school. Was the father supposed to help the MDL start the fire, and is that what he chickened out of?

K, what did the MDL's do to get a criminal record. I guess Dan's father was his lawyer, or refused to be his lawyer.

Details, details!!!! For stealing what? Under what circumstances? What was his punishment? What happend to the loot? At this point my guess is: The killer is the MDL. He was angry at Dan's father for chickening out on the crime. Dan's father, having no fingerprints, could have pulled the perfect crime. After he pulled out, MDL did it, got cougt, and payed the price. As a revenge, he drugged both the lifeguard and Dan, and then killed Dan.
