A man sees a Hindu Indian woman who looks to be in topnotch health and instantly he notices the red dot in the area between the eyebrows. He thinks to himself that she is in danger. Why?

Being a Hindu Indian, I know that the dot is red in color and is called Bindi. He thought that she was shot in the head.

Your answer could pass as an alternative. My thoughts were that it looked to him like she was in topnotch health, but possible danger for her remained. So, do you have any idea about the intended answer?
