It is not in a car he is driving all alone on the road. Albeit it is there. He soon remembers where it is finding it w/o difficulty while driving the car. Where was it? Nothing unusual happened.

His wife hacked the city traffic information system to display a message on the huge billboard on her husband's route saying "You drove off with your hot chocolate on the roof of the car, you nuthead!".

Where is it? Hopefully still on top of the car.
