Yep, I  have used PARI although not with elliptic curves.

Couldn't You just use Mathematica?
Maybe the online version - Wolphram Alpha?

yes it is a good online soft ware. PARI-GP is a software package for computer-aided number theory. it is very useful and good for faster computers...  :)

There are so many, but for the perfect and easy useable PARI-GP is best solution. :)
