You kill a wall by breaking it down which is feasible right, but still quite the task if it's a solid wall like some we've seen come down over the past years. But to fight against a wall is almost useless yet not totally since they have been scaled and overcome in past battles, I would say it is harder to fight than to just knock down and kill. Make sense? We are speaking figuratively.

Ok, (some days you guys are really tough); actually, I had to think that wounding part out too, and I came to the conclusion that a wall can indeed wound by not letting you past it-for whatever reason: freedom, or whatever is on the other side worth having.

you probably would be hurt unless yuo use mechines or some sort of mechanism
and am harder to fight than to kill. What am I?
you can fight a wall but to kill it is hard
think of a middle ages they would fight a caslte
but hard to destroy it

If you get hurt that is only because the wall counters the force of your action with an force of equal size in opposite direction as reaction.

I agree. Riddles are not all perfect, and this is just one of those ones that can be worded several ways and the answer is still correct. So since we have found the correct answer we should be done here.

Besides, I keep thinking something immaterial might fit better.
Like for instance a joke.
Some people use jokes as a(n emotional) defence, some people are hurt by jokes even though it's immaterial and thus can't use (physical) force, it's also very easy to kill a joke (by telling it wrong), but I wouldn't know how to fight it.
The only problamatic thing would be standing..

well that isnt completely solved is it because everyone isnt convince the answer is either
A) .9999=1
B) .9999>1
C) .9999<1
