It may be called that (among other things) but what is that which you don't get? the riddle? or my crack about the non-existant one? If the latter, it's all part of a government hush-up ... -> does "Gnorts!" ring a bell?

Gnorts? Oh, well -> The proper intergalactic salutation is "Gnorts." You see, there is no such person as Neil Armstrong - there never was - it was all a cover-up done by high NASA officials and other Government Agencies to hide the fact that the Apollo Lunar mission was really a pre-arranged meeting among probes from different solar systems. Unfortunately, the greeting, "Gnorts, Mr. Alien" was recorded and inadvertently sent to Earth, but when it was released to the news it was played backwards.
