Where am I? - In Japan

I try here a new type of riddle. The frame story is that there is a special agent on the field - in this case in Japan. You have to meet him at the pre-agreed time (not relevant to the game though). He is telling you his position on four encoded, misleading, no-one-else-can-understand type postcards. The solution is a certain location described with its GPS positions. I'm looking for the numbers. To solve these riddles you usually need to spend some time on search engines, databases, etc. and finally find the location using a map software or Google Earth. The estimated time to solve one, is an hour of hard work, but maybe you can do it much faster. The first in the series as mentioned is in Japan. And the four cards you received were as follows: Card 1: This city has nothing to do with North America, neither with the famous Spannish painter borned in 1746 Card 2: Card 3: This is not a radio channel Card 4: You might not find a larger anywhere else, although in New York, London, Tokyo they might disagree with me So, let's meet

I don't know. Or if it was a clue to the solution, then I don't get it.

I don't know if it is fair to comment. But since it is the first of this kind, few comments. But don't read if you want to do it alone. First card. You used one part of the clue correctly. Use the whole information. Second card. Good catch, though again not used all the information of the card. Third card. Very interesting idea, although incorrect this time. Fourth card. There would be many more cities where they would disagree with me re the largest population.

Ohh, I think I caught the first one. FRANCISCO Goya...San Francisco was the N. American place. I don't know if there's a city named that. Processes of learning or teaching, I suppose? Anything less than two Hertz isn't a radio frequency, but the "not a radio channel" would suggest more along the lines of channels by genre of music, as in FM radio. In that case, there isn't much info. Last one is hard, traffic jam? Population density? Though I don't think it's population.

You made a big step. But in the wrong direction. I don't know if you are using Google, Wikipedia and alike. They sometimes help (and sometimes mislead )

I'd guess hidden: | Goya Train Station Undergroud | Then the answer must be hidden: | Lat (DMS) 26° 19' 33N Long (DMS) 127° 48' 1E |

Unfortunately not. Astrix was extremely close, I think he had it, but made a typing mistake. The answer he gave was in the sea, so surely he meant something else, and since it was only one digit different, that is unlikely to be a coincidence. Ezlonny, from your answer Goya is correct as said by others earlier too. But you still miss N-orth A-merica. Yes, train was found earlier, but you miss in what list it appears. I think you were the first one who found that when it was not a radio channel, it was another kind of a station. Re the last card, still some research is needed on the web.

Just to close up the riddle of the last card: After correcting my typo Google Earth will show you the Nagoya Train Station which fits the last card because It is the largest train station in the world measured by floor area. Other stations can claim to be the largest by number of tracks or trains or passengers or interior volume or whatever Got any more of these?

That's correct (sorry I didn't noticed that you had already corrected it): The solution came from (should anyone still have any doublt): 1. N.A. and GOYA 2. It was a BULLET list with the next word of a TRAIN (bullet train=shinkanzen) 3. It was not a radio channel, it is another kind of a STATION. 4. As said by Astrix The next appointment is coming...
