According to the Members List at the top of the page, 399 is Ayla, who registered in 2002 and never posted.

A clue (for SMQ): Stare at the number for about a minute, that is to say, what does the number remind you of, talking ‘bout a certain (and silly) association and, of course, the eternal question.

Yeah, and it's much appreciated that you almost single-handedly keep the forum going, but it used to be that we occasionally had new puzzles by other members
