The riddle is about tenants on the upper levels of a building. Two tenants like to watch romantic movies. Two tenants like to listen to jazz. One tenant likes to breathe in the scent of flowers. One tenant likes to drink gourmet coffee. What piece of clothing does a tenant on the highest floor like to wear?

Close enough. You win. Still, is Your idea, no doubt, an article of clothing? Evidently, I had an another piece of clothing in mind. It matters not.
