(this puzzle is modified slightly to make it more difficult for all the puzzlers out there)

The Price family were regarded by their neighbours in Quietsville as complete undesirables. At least one of the family would always be terrorising some neighbour. The neighbours were too frightened to speak to the policebecuase of the fear of reprisals based on a long history of previous events. One day the situation escalated into a much more serious problem when one of the Price family set fire to a neighbour's home. The police questioned all of hte neighbours, but even though some knew who did the deed they would not say. One neighbour handed a note to the policeman, and he went straight to the correct member of the family.

All the note said on it was "?!"

What is the name of the culprit?

Hence Mark is the member of the familk who is responsible.
