In the 2nd drawer are panties.
In the 3rd drawer is Donald Trump.

They were playing Bridge using the third drawer as a table, somebody bid diamonds, and this card came up:

Or, a tablet or cell phone was placed in the third drawer, and they forgot to turn it off so it was still playing the video of the president's address.

Or maybe, it is one giant drawer made for giants so the poor president was hiding from them. I'd hide too. Even though I am not the president. Or especially if I were. I'd be too important.
