Debian Stretch upgrade

This table lists all servers and whether they have been upgraded to stretch. In general, we prefer to rebuild new servers using stretch, rather than upgrading from jessie. There are a few exceptions (marked with comments in the table).

Desktops and staff VMs are not listed, but they have all been upgraded already.
