This coming Wednesday 3/9, AAPIHRG student group will be having its session titled Growing Old in the AAPI Community as part of their Break the Silence lecture series, which is partnered by AHS, AAADS, and APASD. Steve Nakajo, Executive Director of Kimochi, will be the guest speaker.

Steve Nakajo is the Executive Director of Kimochi a community-based, non-profit senior service organization which he co-founded in 1971 with Sandy Mori to bring mainstream social services to non-English speaking Issei – first generation Japanese Americans – of San Francisco Japantown.
