After sleep treatment, clients showed a 39% reduction in depressive symptoms.

Clients receiving treatment-as-usual showed a 3% increase.

63% of clients reported drinking less alcohol on fewer days compared to treatment as usual.

4 out of 5 clients experienced fewer symptoms of psychosis.

Suicidal ideation severity was reduced for 45% of clients as compared to before treatment.

Learn more about our pilot study in Alameda county

We collaborated with Alameda County Behavioral Health Services for 5+ years to develop and disseminate sleep therapy for clients managing complex trauma, mental illnesses and substance use. We utilized a stakeholder informed approach to further develop and refine sleep treatment.

Various clinics and programs throughout Alameda County were invited to participate and to  connect their communities with these sleep health services.
