California Club Baseball is a student run organization that is not funded by the university. What this means is that all of our expenses are out-of-pocket. This is very difficult for college students with limited financial resources. Due to the highly competitive nature of Cal athletics and high expectations from the school, our budget exceeds the amount of money we have collected from team dues. Our financial obligations are extensive: league dues, field, umpires, equipment, uniforms, coaching, and travel. The tuition we have set for the team is intentionally reasonable because we do not want to exclude any possible participants based on financial difficulty alone.
However, in order to compensate for the budget discrepancy, we rely on fundraising and support from the Bear community to meet our financial necessities.
Your tax deductible donation will be met with extreme gratitude. Thanks to your help, 25 ballplayers will have a place to play in Berkeley this spring.

All Grand Slam Donors will receive an official California Club Baseball Jersey complete with name and number of your choosing. Grand Slam and Home Run Circle donors will be placed on our official Benefactor’s Banner that will be displayed at all home games. Grand Slam, Home Run, and Triple Circle donors will receive an official California Club Baseball t—shirt.All donors will be acknowledged in our monthly newsletter for supporting our team.All donors will receive our monthly newsletter, which will update you on schedules, results, stats, and team news.
