Berkeley Poetry Review, as a member of the Bay Area, is dedicated to supporting our local community. Currently, we’re accepting payment for hard copies of Issue 50 in the form of donations to Bay Area-based bail funds and organizations oriented towards the elimination of police, the abolition of prisons, the elevation of Black artists and Black art spaces, and the support of currently or formerly incarcerated individuals. A full list of these organizations, as well as how to order a copy of Issue 50, can be found on our home page. We stand in full solidarity with the relentless organizing efforts of our wider community.

We’re also accepting donations to our publication itself, the entirety of which will be used to pay our contributing poets for their work. Please follow the link below to donate directly to BPR. We are grateful to live, write, and read in the Bay, and all donations will help us continue to support the poetry community. We appreciate your support. *The button above will take you to the ASUC (Associated Students of the University of California) donate page where you can enter “Berkeley Poetry Review” as “STUDENT ORG NAME” to donate.
