Hey everyone! My name is Daizy De La Torre and I am a second year intended Public Health Major from San Diego, California. I recently joined CHE and I absolutely love it! I’ve already made some great friendships and wish I would have joined earlier. I am interested in pursuing a Masters in Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy and Administration or a Masters Entry Program in Nursing (MEPN), eventually becoming a Nurse Practitioner. I am motivated in closing health disparities in my underserved community by pursuing a health career. I believe CHE will enlighten me with new knowledge within the Health field and I am so excited to be a part of such an amazing group of students on campus.
