I also use Unix, but I went to WMF today and printed out the form. I made a
spare copy. Here's the information requested:
"Return by Dec. 17 ... questions, contact Kathryn Buster at 548-8300 x212.
All ads must be prepaid by deadline.
There are two options (please check):
$25 includes name, contact name and #, meeting times, and a 35 word
description.
$50 includes all of these features plus a small logo and up to 50 words in
the description.
Your name, contact number, payment (cash, check or DPA).
Group name, contact name and number, meeting times.
Type of group.
Description (for $25 ad, 35 words or less, for $50 ad, 50 words or less)
Logo (for $50 ad only). Please attach laser printed copy, we can adjust
size if necessary."
I can give you the copy if you meet me somewhere.
I'll be glad to contribute toward a $25 ad.
