Good and concise. This title will appeal to individualists and those who
don't usually care much for politics. We should have multiple headings to
reach other audiences. I propose:

"The era of big government is over" -- Bill Clinton
True or False?
Democrats and Republicans have consistently *increased* the size of
government. Libertarians actually want to *reduce* government. Learn more
at our Libertarianism Q&A.

(Hopefully this one will appeal to those who are interested in politics and
want smaller government but are sick of the two parties.)
