New Organizations

What we should do for all these new organizations I've written
constitutions for is register them, register club accounts, set up e-mail
lists, and build basic web pages.  Besides SIL, that's about it for now. 
The next thing is to try to recruit people interested specifically in them.
 I'll be the webmaster for all of them if necessary and I can start on web
pages immediately, except for the Objectivist Society, which I may need a
real objectivist to help me with.  We can also set up e-mail lists right
away through the callib account and change the owner later.
