  Dr Fred Foldvary, of the Henry George School, will be speaking at this
coming Cal Libertarians meeting,

 Wed April 8, 7 pm, in 206 Dwinelle. 

  Dr Foldvary will introduce the concept of private communities as the
solution to public revenues and governance. He has written
The_Soul_of_Liberty and Public_Goods_and_Private_Communities.
The Henry George School will assign two paid internships on campus Fall
of '98 to research the relevance of land issues in history, sociology,
economics, politics, etc.
