  Dr Fred Foldvary will give a talk on private communities and public
finance at this coming Cal Libertarians meeting, Wed April 8, 7pm, in 206
Dwinelle of the Berkeley Campus. 
  Dr Folvary is author of The_Soul_of_Liberty and
Public_Goods_and_Private_Communities. Dr Folvary will introduce the
concept of private communities as a solution to public finances and
governances.
  The Henry Geoerge School will be assigning two paid internships on
campus Fall of '98 to research the relevance of land issues in history,
sociology, economics, politics, etc.
