There were 12 groups who were hunting us:

• Kavel wasn't, he'd sent the assassins from the Lady of the Noose.
• Talib was to get us to do some more stuff for him.
• Vasilev is and wants to kill us
• agents of deities are hunting us (so some from the Lady of the Noose, but who else? at least one other group for it to be plural)
• The agents of the Lady of the Noose had accepted a contract from Kavel to kill us. They attempted to do so when we were in Darokin City, but failed.
• presumably Alphax is after us as well
