Compass is committed to supporting its students throughout their entire undergraduate career, and one way it does that is by running a mentoring program that pairs Compass undergraduates with graduate student mentors.

Expectations of mentors and mentees:
We believe mentoring is a mix of both 1-1 connections and a surrounding community. Therefore, we aim to facilitate building of both of these types of relationships by supporting individual meetings, as well as hosting mentoring specific events.
