Amazon, Kindle replacement, customer service!



Just last week, my Kindle broke while it was in my backpack; seems something heavy was on it and eventually broke the screen. At 1st, I was disappointed and was looking forward to shelling out $$$ for a new Kindle device. My friend suggested I call customer service so I tried it.

Lo and behold, the service representative on the other side (located in the Philippines) quickly looked me up, informed me that i am still under warranty, and sent the new Kindle. All I have to do is send back the broken one :)
